Pigeon Colouring, does this make any difference?

The bird is flying again but keeps coming back, but it's currently sat in the (torrential) rain, it does seem ok though, just a little mad ;o)

It has just been feeding (the birds are fed better than me!) If it hasn't moved later I'll see if it can be encouraged to move to higher ground

Stockport near Manchester It seems a little tame, it doesn't fly off like the other pigeons do (the pigeons around here are very timid), it does walk away though, it's been sat on the lawn though all day puffed up like a ball (keeping warm I guess) not usual behaviour for a pigeon though

Hi We have had a pigeon sat on our lawn for a couple of days, it has two rings one red one blue on each leg, not got close enough to see the numbers though, do you think it's likely to be a racing pigeon? Thanks Dave
