Please help.Found today. Safe and well. Was trapped and vulnerable. Very thirsty and hungry! Don't have pigeons. Phone number for NEHU says office is closed until tuesday. Happy to keep bird until safely returned to owner. No number on wing. Green rubber band says 1350??? Found website fascinating....might take this up myself!!! Any help would be great.
