Liberated today 18/07/2008 - 6:30am in no wind, turning west southwest on route.

527 Miles to our loft (hope we get one on day, sent 6)

Hi Mate, you are welcome to one mate - he is a cracking cock, he is a 3 year old that won right from being a young bird. Last year he went over the water to Poitiers which is 474 Miles to us and came on the day scoring in the club and fed. This year (2 Weeks ago) he went back to Poitiers and scored in the fed, he was our second pigeon behind his brother that won the race (club). He had 13 hrs on wing and looked as if he had been no where, that is why we decided to put him to 527 Miles, and was as confident as I could be that he would come on the day, and thankfully he proved me right  ;) ;) ;)  

By the way his breeding is a Janssen with a bit of Jan Aarden in him.
