Hatchling

Hatchling (3/8)

  1. The closest club to the loft location is Chapelhall, then Clarkston/Newmains more or less identical. I also believe Cambusnethan /Morningside club boundary is wider than Newmains club. which could be an option same as Isaac Fairley who flys in Shotts. Loft is in the fed boundary and the exact thing is happening with what was happening to Mr/Mrs Elliot who were marking at Newmains and werent racing for prizes or positions in newmains because not inside the boundary. 2021 season for the first time its your location not your club which dictates your federation section so if a member of Chapelhall(not sure if in that clubs boundary or not despite being geographically closest) , if a member of Chapelhall club wouldnt affect the fed section or open results in the fed. Remember when a club opens a boundary one way, in reality should have to open the boundary north east south and west not just one way for individual cases. Fauldhouse applied to Lanarkshire fed but were not allowed in due to boundaries dont see any diffrence despite this being a club boundary rather than the fed

  6. In my opinion the stand out pigeon on the result is Tam Richardson's. It won it's section easily in a section which has the biggest birdage. Every other section is won by good pigeons but each section has follow up pigeons not far behind. Put Tams pigeon in a location more favourable it takes a far better open position
  7. Is there a Facebook page. Can't seem to find it. I hope the snfc can get some sort of lib line update service for arrivals. It is one of the best parts of national racing.
  8. Will there be a list of purchasers for each pigeon/purchase prices and how much each section will be racing for? Will this information be able to be viewed anywhere in the next few days or weeks? Thank you in advance.
  9. 15/04/17 Kelso 22/04/17 Otterburn 29/04/17 Sedgefield 06/05/17 Thirsk 13/05/17 Retford 20/05/17 Melton Mowbray 27/05/17 Kettering yearling open 03/06/17 Thirsk, same day as SNFC Buckingham 10/06/17 Billericay open 17/06/17 Otterburn, same day as SNFC Littlehampton 24/06/17 Retford 01/07/17 Kelso 08/07/17 Ypres with SNFC Personally i dont think you will ever get much better than the above. The days of the inland nationals, fed members have two options and no one is forced to compete in them, the fed has there own inland race from over 300 miles in between, racing from france in this era is a must with the SNFC or the birdage is very small and doesnt help the birds at all.
  10. If boundaries are ever opened they should be opened up equally in all four directions and not just so one area or federation in particular can join. By all means open it up but do it in a fair way for all outside the federation who may want in just now and people of the future.
  11. 15/04/17 Kelso 22/04/17 Otterburn 29/04/17 Sedgefield 06/05/17 Thirsk 13/05/17 Retford 20/05/17 Melton Mowbray 27/05/17 Kettering yearling open 03/06/17 Thirsk, same day as SNFC Buckingham 10/06/17 Billericay open 17/06/17 Otterburn, same day as SNFC Littlehampton 24/06/17 Retford 01/07/17 Kelso 08/07/17 Ypres with SNFC Good programme, only things i would change would be the Otterburn and Kelso comebacks on 17/06 and 01/07 would be from Sedgefield or Thirsk giving a good programme of racing throughout the season of 3-4hr races. East or West it wont matter as long as the mileage is roughly the same.
  12. Most important thing from 2016 season is we must go with the SNFC for the longest two races in the programme from now on regardless of east/west route, OR go down a new era of having a federation of only racing up to the 250-280 mile mark having more races at the 150,180 200 mile markers over a 12/13 race season and anyone who is a distance flier still has the full SNFC and SNRPC programmes to satisfy their needs.
