IHU 09 S 3089, I'm not sure what any of this means but it also had a yellow plastic tag on it's leg aswell. I found it in Bangor, Northern Ireland. Also, I have the ring that was around the leg if it's worth having to anyone, I don't know.. :S Could someone reply and tell me where the pigeon came from because i'm actually quite curious. Thanks.
