anyone ever have a disc removed frm back and how were they after were they any better or worse im off to hospital fri comeing to get disc removed frm my back been told ill b out of action for up to 3months so wife and daughter takeing care of my birds so big THANK YOU goes out to them paul ??) ??) ??) ??)
