  1. 1mg/ml is 10ml per litre 2mg/ml is 5ml per litre depends what strength yours is mate soupie
  2. Are crates a standard size?? I race in the NIPA and my club wouldn't have more than 20 birds in a crate Soupie
  3. Disconnect from clock, turn off and follow these instructions to get the printer to print a test page, this will tell you if the problem is with the actual printer or the printer/clock setup. 1 Turn off the printer. 2 Make sure that the front cover is closed and the power cord is plugged in. 3 Hold down the Control panel button as you turn on the power switch. All the LEDs light up and then go off again. Keep the Control panel button pressed down until the Drum LED comes on. When the Drum LED comes on, release the Control panel button. 4 Press the Control panel button again. The printer will print a test page. user manual for this printer http://www.manualslib.com/manual/21957/Brother-Hl-1430.html
  4. Walter what model of printer is it? HL14$$ ?? You can check if the problem is with the printer or the clock/printer setup by disconnecting the clock and getting the printer to print a test page. soupie
  5. If you wish to remove Chlorine and Chloramine on a regular basis I would advise you to invest in one of these http://www.devotedly-discus.co.uk/acatalog/DD-HMA-20.html These can connect to a hose/tap and are easily maintained compared to reverse osmosis units. Standing/stirring tap water will not remove Chloramine. Soupie
  6. I use this as well and think its brilliant. As it's web based you can access it on your phone, tablet or PC. Soupie
  7. how far's your first race?? soupie
  8. Think I paid £10 for the one designed for the Pigeon Dome drinker soupie
  9. If you live near the guy that's giving you them, you could toss them a few times from your house and let them go back to his loft, if he doesn't mind you doing that. I seen this on a DVD. The guy reckoned it allowed them to know the area so that when he did get them down on eggs in the new loft they were more familiar with the route. soupie
  10. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cruzer-Blade-Flash-Drive-SDCZ50-016G-B35/dp/B002U1ZBG0/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1425769902&sr=1-2&keywords=usb+memory+stick I've been using sandisk for years and never had a problem. External usb hard drives are relatively cheap nowadays if you require more space. Be careful if you're backing up an "installed program" as not all files will be backed up. soupie
  11. Probably correct to an extent, but the issue would be how long the immunity system would take to elimiate the problem and the damage caused to the bird whilst this happens, and i would hazard a guess that a great number of birds would die before this happened. For instance I'm sure some bacterial infections would be dealt with in humans by their natural immune system, but at what cost to the majority of people. soupie

    Warning

NEVER click on any link in an email for any company. ALWAYS open your web browser and goto the company's website yourself, to check your account. soupie
  13. Wiley, I'm sure that there would be apps available that would allow you to record a telephone call, if you intend doing telephone interviews. Is it then just a matter of saving the resultant mp3 to a podcast site and providing a link? I'm not too sure of what the quality would be but it may be worth while testing this as it probably would be the cheapest method. Soupie
  14. walter, is there any temperature you wouldn't train in ?? cheers soupie
