personally john, i think you made the right choice,if its only for taking pics of your birds its all you will need,you can spend a lot of mony on digital slr ,then extra mony on lenses and they are not so simple to use to get the best out of them unless you are fairly experianced,atb charlie

if you arent happy about anything ,and the threads locked just put it on an other thread.i dont think they are hiding anything,
