Whats fanciers opinion of the Ridsdale liberation site.

I know the RPRA have used it but would like some info and advice of fanciers in Scotland ie clubs and feds who have used it.

Even better Convoyers who have been there in the last few years.

Consett is close to me and is wide open no probs with wires etc -hardstanding for wagon ,no traffic to worry about ,close enough to town --McDonald's and kfc --easy for local fanciers to unload any SU strays onto wagon driver and seems like a good spot inbetween otterburn and towlaw and if you saw your birds liberated at towlaw you wouldnt send to that race point .
Chester le street might be a possible new race point---the picnic fields down by the river and cricket ground---- the traveling circus goes there with some big articks ,gate is locked but when inside no traffic and there is a small lock up cafe and toilets---very close to A1 for easy access for wagon worth a look on the map.

on the ball as usual ovy, consett is a good lib site opposed to tow law, too much windmills, any idea about aycliffe, just off a1 south o durham, rpra racepoint, north fed lookin for replacement to consett, to far off beaten track at that time o mornin, like somewhere close to a1 min.

Davie since when did the North fed decide to look for a replacement for Consett ?? The 2018 fed race program is still to be discussed and decided on as far as Iā€™m aware of ??
