I use 50pc Gerry and 25 pc maize 25pc energy on Wednesday night to thoursday and just energy mix Friday , it there is a head wind I add more energy mix Thursday
I think fats are vital after about a 100 miles

That's interesting , I thought barley was high carb low protein glad you posted that list
