If the majority of members on PB are looking for up to date transportation and baskets why are the SNFC (alledigly)purchasing old???

If hiring out do they hold an operating licence under VOSA for hire and reward????

Davy who is kidding who? Is this not the transporter that they have screwed 2x2s to the bottoms of the baskets so the pigeons have a chance of reaching the drinker? The birds cant stand up
