REDCHEQHEN
The Local Golf Club is not far from the allotments where the majority of our club's members keep their birds - it's on the line of flightThey are building a golf range, complete with telegraph style poles and netting - 30 feet high (and not a small thing as it is costing £67,000)After expressing concern at the proposal they have said the netting will be topped with flags This will be on the line of flight for coastal NEHU clubs - and also Scottish clubs venturing South of us who are also on the coast, as the Golf club is next to the North Sea/Redcar beach approaching South Gare So they will have wind turbines on one side to negotiate and netting on the otherDo you think the netting would prove to be an obstacle - or will the birds 'see it'?
