davie gullane Posted August 5, 2016 Report Share Posted August 5, 2016 Handed into stray centre GB16Z61123 reported to RPRA registered to Massarella but has unicon ETS Ring on anybody recognize it picked up in Hawick. Don't know if owner knows that the bird is not transferred. If this is one from a kit of 6 or 10 all of them may not be transferred and if they win a race they could be disqualified if verified.
