showman Posted May 19, 2015 Report Share Posted May 19, 2015 If you go with a 'natural' type box, they would be approx. 20" internal. These would finish out at about 22" external.However, different designs would give different sizes. If you took a 'widowhood hen' style box, and simply made them deeper, you could have them about 16" wide !In all honesty, bespoke boxes would be made to suit you ! alex wight Posted May 19, 2015 Report Share Posted May 19, 2015 Hi Simon You will need to make your fronts, to suit the size u want. The height is good (plastic fronts are 14 inches. Once you half the box to give you a left and right door, your doors will be in the region of 11 1/2 inches, which will give you a size of 11 1/2 x 11 1/2 inch area for the bowl to sit in.
