pigeon hut Posted April 10, 2015 Report Share Posted April 10, 2015 had a young lad come to me today to see why his pigeons that he is breeding off are just giving him clear eggs/dead in the shell or if hatched out they are reared for about a week then lefted to die if he as had 70 eggs he only has 18 young out of them.he says he treated them before putting them together.he asked me how many young i have i told him 52 out of 58 eggs so he can not understand whats happening with his.i do not know what to say to the lad how to sort it out anyone any ideas. andy Burgess Posted April 10, 2015 Report Share Posted April 10, 2015 could be several things , hard to tell without seeing all , birds , lofts etc etc . have heard of another who gave all medical treatments whilst birds were sitting first round . worst year he ever had for rearing . with a similar story to your pal.
