like children control their bellies, :animatedpigeons:

Believe me that was the way I seen it but they were fed very lightly yesterday morning and nothing at night , let them out this morning and no interest flew for well over hour then just fooked about ,

Have given them their hens now so will see if they react .

I know it's my fault bad management but not had it as bad before .

Colin, not trying to teach you your game, you have more experience than I do, but Celibate cocks are never given their hens, neither seeing nor hearing them. What you are describing is widowhood cocks in the huff over having had their hens removed. After a period of messing around they get down to it, but not if you continue to give / show hens. :)

The cocks have never had their hens since sept last year , I had 52 hens and only 31 cocks so that was reason for trying celibate to save me time .

I accept that I was to blame but have just got fed up trying to get cocks in so gave them some hens to settle them a bit , the end result is the same that they go on roundabout earlier than planned .
