Roundabout And Natural

My loft is 18x8 and divided into three.

I want to race 14 pairs on roundabout and a few pairs natural.

I would like to have r/about cocks one end with hens in the centre and the natural birds in the other end.

Is this ok or will it upset the birds at all.

I could move the natural birds to another loft and have the young birds in the main loft if I need to
