Novice Posted June 7, 2014 Report Posted June 7, 2014 was speaking to my m9 in preston today im sure thats lancashire wasnt raining at 10 am but did come on at 11am there birds had not been libbed as they were waiting on rain to come up past but doos would have been past lacashire by 10am today Dyson According to the met office the visibility in the Preston area was poor to moderate from before 09:00 till after 14:00 so even if it wasn't raining it was not good racing weather.
