South African National Pigeon Organization...(SANPO) banned substance list as at Sept.2004 I count 386 banned substances,they also list the products that contain these substances,this list was to be updated periodicaly....massive,problems lie ahead if testing is to become the norm, Before adopting a testing policy I feel that it would have be printed and presented to firm of solicitors who in turn would seek the advice of a law firm and let them advise on the likly outcome in a court of law should any members bird tested positive for a banned substance. Before I get lambasted for even mentioning such a thing,I dont for a minute believe it would make a difference as to who are winning at present and who are the also rans.....JBC/..
