My Dad

It grieves me deeply to inform the Forum of the passing of a beautiful man, whom I was lucky and proud to be able to call my Father. Although not a fancier, he was a great help in building my first loft, and supported my venture by paying for everything !! Dad had been physically unwell for the past few years, yet faced it all, right to the end with unbelievable dignity and courage. He knew what was happening, and in the last week, whilst in Hospital, he whispered to me....'I'm rolling Home'. 20 years ago, my Son Christopher passed away, and again Dad told everyone visiting that Christopher would come and take him 'home'.

I leave these thoughts and personal tribute to a man who, unlike many, was well worth more than the space he occupied on this Earth.

Love you Dad.

Your proud Son,

Paul.
