Coldstream 60-75miles for the majority

 

Fingers crossed we get off to a good start.

1st race for us this weekend, with Stocksbridge fed Kettering which is about 74 miles, Im looking at sending 27 21 cocks and 6 hens, Split between two clubs, Hoping for a good race.

I fear yer right Andy, think i felt it turning northerly already when i was out with the dogs tonight, just reported on the BBC weather that the temps are dropping to near FREEZING at the weekend too. Was intending to go all out this weekend but am adjusting my numbers accordingly. Maybe just stick with a half dozen or so. I'd rather keep them fit and jump them in next week tahn ruin them this week for the next month or so.
