its with great sadness i have to report the death of my great friend A J SIM who died suddenly in his sleepe i was with him yesterday afternoon and he was laughing and joking with me and looking forward to the new season after his move to his new house

Ally is a former N E Scotland president and also was the inspuration who set up the grampian combine i was proud to be his junior vice president and to say i will miss him is an understatement

to his wife Christine and daughter Pauline and his g children and rest of family i sent my sincere condolsenses rest in peace old friend

Sad news. Ally was a larger than life character who invested a great deal of himself serving our Fed over the years. He threw himself whole heartedly into everything he did and he will be missed.

A Very sad Day for the sport it has lost a Gentleman, Ally was a frend & past Fed President Transport manager & Driver He has done a lot for the sport over the years,working hard for His Club & Fed,I can remember lots of great times with him over the years at shows, He & his wife always made me welcome at his home,
