Roundo Posted April 2, 2013 Report Share Posted April 2, 2013 That's a very good decision.......forward thinking.Think more Feds should follow suit......1st weekend in May is early enough for most fanciers.It's certainly far too cold for road training and if the birds aren't fit from exercising at home then you are just throwing your birds away.
