None of them cold north east wind predicted for Saturday and most of my doos are still feeding big yb's :emoticon-0157-sun:

after having a good look at saturdays weather which is looking good the full racing team could go all 44 heres hoping

28 cocks for longtown they have only had 3 tosses but they work no to bad round the loft would have liked 2 or 3 more tosses into them but the weather stopped that but happy with there condition

THE BULK OF MY YB'S SHOULD BE OUT THE NEST NEXT WEEK AND THEN I'LL SEND A FEW TO APPLEBY WEATHER PERMITTING BUT I WONT MIND JUMPING THEM FURTHER AS LONG AS I CAN GET THEM TRAINED ENOUGH!

just looking at weather for sat north east wind max temp 3 degrees 1 degree at 1pm sat , sunday 20mph nor east winds chill factor -3 :emoticon-0156-rain::emoticon-0156-rain: thats grim

any here that are fit and healthy will be going dont keep them all year to not race when a north east wind comes :emoticon-0138-thinking:

north east winds are not the best even mid summer but a wind chill of -3 is a dissaster plenty will get cleaned out with that theres a difference between brave and just plain stupid ,, am no that brave am afraid when it comes to the doos in that temp , i dont keep doos all year to throw them away in a snow storm , been sleet and hail here last few weeks of and on , pigeons couldnt fly in the hail yesterday knock em out the sky :emoticon-0156-rain::emoticon-0156-rain::emoticon-0156-rain: theres a long season ahead :emoticon-0167-beer:
