Guest geordiejen
why do people change the feed so much?should you feed a heavier seed during the winter?i was thinking that if people who work during the day and only fly the birds at weekends then the body weight would go up?or is oatmeal and tic beans a lighter diet?i would likwe to know more about everyones feeding methods and why? (1) Change of exercising regime (2) moult(3) less active birds(4) don't want fat birds(5) hens will lay better when not fat(6) birds will be healther on a diet that suits(7) birds have different requirements on cold days / warmer days (8) barley and wheat are cheaper (9) protein puts too much fat on before breeding when on lock up(10 ) hungry hens wont pair together there's just a few reasons I'm sure there's many more
