Billys funeral will take place on Friday 21st Oct at McAllistar,s (11.15 am) at the foot of Wishaw and then on to Holytown Crematorium for 12.00pm.He will be missed by all who knew him as he never refused help to anyone if possible,nothing was ever to much trouble.Wee man rest in peace and God Bless.

On behalf of the King family, I'd like to extend my most sincere thanks to everyone on PigeonBasics for all your kind messages. We greatly appreciated seeing those of you who managed to attend the funeral.

 

Dad loved his time spent on these forums, so it's not my first visit here to read them. It is, however, my first visit here without him.

 

I am glad he was able to spend some time with you all in his final hours and know he'll never be forgotten.

Couldn't of said it better , brilliant guy with a lot of spirit and most of all a gentleman of the sport , he'd go out of his way to help someone out , was a pleasure having met him .
