TIP 1

If the number of infertile eggs in your loft suddenly rises and/or the pigeons reject the feed, you can begin to suspect fungal toxicosis.

TIP 2

You should not use enrofloxacin, gentamycin, metronidazone and ivermectin in the breeding season. These drugs can increase the infertility of eggs

TIP 3
CALCIUM

A lot of calcium is necessary for the development of eggshells and this macro element is necessary for muscle activity, too. The musculature of the oviduct needs calcium to push the egg down.Calcium deficiency causes abnormal eggshells and/or weakness of the oviduct; the outcome is egg retention.
