Pigeon Basics Charity Sales

All charity sales will be run by Pigeon Basics.
You must apply to Admin to have a sale which will be administered by Ian McKay.
All monies paid will be put in the New Pigeon Basics Charity Account.
This account will be at R B S Westhill Branch Aberdeen and administered by Ian McKay.
(No private accounts)
This account will be available to all Mod’s and Admin on the private moderators board.
Cheques to be signed by both Brian Herd, sapper756 on the forum
Duncan Reid,DOVEscot on the forum.
All cheques to be made payable to Pigeon Basics Charity Account.
All winning bids by PM must be put on Mod’s board for inspection. (After the end of sale)THE 5 MINUTE RULE WILL APPLY
There will be a 10% retention kept to protect winning bidders that do not receive there bird / s, after all birds have been confirmed as delivered this will pass to the charity without delay.
To be made as soon as possible after the sale, contact organiser if there is to be a delay.
Charity cheques
Cheques to the charity will be paid out as soon as possible after the sale
Where possible we will try and get a photograph of the cheque being presented.
All winning bidders will be responsible for carriage.
