Unikon training mode

Can some one talk me through how to put my Unikon clock into training mode  and then after birds are in how to clear back to normal mode .Had the clock for a while now but never used the traing mode .

Put pocket clock in obviously 

once birds are in press BLUE  F button 

then using arrow buttons scroll down to “Erase Training “ then press Green OK button
