JCN
Use kefirReady made or do you grow from grain?I was led to believe its only beneficial if grown in raw milk which to my knowledge is illegal to buy/sell and for me hard to come by... JCN
Ready made Asda £1No worries.. saves messing around.. I was growing the grain in cows milk but was told by a top international fancier I was wasting my time as it didn't work unless using raw milk... So I binned the lot.Now use aviform product as pre/probiotic... The old man used yakult and swore by it.... Not necessarily for YBS but just for general use so sorry for going off topic
