For instance, Only one member household can be responcible to sign cheques! For instance no Husband and wife... open temptation to skulduggery. ESPECIALLY IN HARD TIMES. The right of 'SECRET bAllets! Plus very many more. Feel I will cease and look in on here to give others a chance to ADD to the above. Also to voice on such.
