Installed about 2009. Have had one failure because of the DB9 connectionshaving surface rust on the metal ends of the connectors. Cleaned the ends will steel wool and gave them a goodsmearing of vaseline on the outside metal parts only then covered the connectors with cling film couple of tie wrapsto keep the cling film in place.
