Colombovac is the firm favourite in my club, as Nobivac always seems to leave a greasy mark - but the latest batches are use by 03/21 and Nobivac is 12/21

I feel Nobivac gives better protection so that’s the one for me. However the fancier must ensure that it is about 20 degrees before use.

Nobivac here and Sue if you see a greasy patch the following day it has leaked and needs doing again in another spot. We do about 50 here and as careful as we are, one holds the other injects, we nearly always have 1 to re-vac.That's part of the reason we use Nobivac.

We purchase vaccine for the whole club, and have a few volunteers who vaccinate birds - including myself, I have vaccinated about 400 birds over the last two seasons - but the club I fly in purchases around 1500 doses per year, this next season we have another 6 new members (4 are from a club that has folded) and 2 new starters. We have several members (ourselves included) who vaccinate stock as well as racers - buying for the whole club and arranging the vaccinations minimises wastage.
