If water is flying from them and they are drinking a lot it could be the start of PMV. Have you vaccinated them and if so, what vaccine did you use?

Water based vaccines like Colombovac aren't 100% in my opinion, I would try Nobilis .

Columbovac or Colombovac - there are two, the former is Roumanian and not approved in this country - the latter is the approved vaccine - and I have seen the unapproved one for sale on Facebook so know people are using them! Have you tried a probiotic? Oregano in the water? Acidifying the water?

Have you tried Nystatin, could be a million mile away but sounds like a fungal problem.three or four drops down the throat for two days and 2ml in a litre of water or on the food ?
