Hit them hard where it hurts and I'm sure all the others will be more careful in future. I have no doubts that these are not the only ones flouting the rules. Make sure we pigeon fanciers keep within the guidelines issued by our Governing Bodies so we are able to enjoy the rest of our season and next year's season when it comes.
