We just plan to start the youngsters off

Old birds are doing an hour so if green light for old bird racing happens I’ll just give the cocks/hens 1 each so good to go if we can

Going with what’s happened south of the border training then racing 3 weeks later . And imho old or youngsters training it’s up to you what u train is it not ?

Yes Hotrod i agree its up to me what i train but my point is i wouldnt like to concentrate say on young birds when we are going to get old bird races first or vice versa ,as it would give us 3 weeks only to get trained or less according to weather etc .

Maidstone 18th July and Gold Cup 31st July or 1st August. Remember if we don’t get racing until 20th June fanciers in Aberdeen and North won’t be across the border before first Saturday in July

Experienced birds will go from 200 to the channel nae bother.....but that's ok for me cos I am halfway to the race point lol.

If you got a vote on what we should do what would you propose ??

That’s an open question to everyone not just George.

Personally I would like 1 inland race fae Buckingham the Gold Cup and Ypres.

Inland race 1st Sat in July and the other two the last two Sat’s in July.

some north section birds are 400 miles to buckingham

a big ask to get birds ready/fit enough by the 1st weekend in july

remember were not allowed to race till the 18th of june at the earliest

Aye a see the difficulties you guys would have, was just a thought I had. Would like to think the GC would be raced for but maybe Alan is right we might no get any channel races in this year.
