    This breed is called Verkehrtflugel Kropper. They are called Reversewings (not correct)

    Its not the problem of putting on weight, its when the crop is too full and starts to hang,the food goes sour and can cause serious illness even death.

    Hopper feeding is a good idea especially with youngsters as they know the food is always there and dont need to dive in if missed feeding at a normal time of day.

    Are they in single pens ? if so only feed a little in their dish. Overeating is quite common in pouters and can be very worrying for the owners. What breed of pouter are we talking about ?
