i used to use felts , wrapped in news-paper , and the bowls . i no longer bother just bowls and straw

i have 9 of the old clay deep bowls , they are all older than me , took me 5 years to get them ,2 another 2 , then 4 and 1 from a clearance . like rocking horse droppings , they are the best in my opinion ,especially for a widow cock to get down into . shame they dont make the terracotta ones in the "old style"
