With racing over and Blackpool and the rest of the shows on the horizon it's not 'sale season' and here's our take.

If you are arranging a sale for a good cause, charity or club funds please feel free to use the forum for some promotion. PM me with details and we'll get something sorted to give these good causes a bit of prominence.

Private and clearance sales will be treated as adverts, and may be removed from the main forum unless an advert is taken out with the site, or you are a registered seller.

Send me a PM if you would like some clarification in your circumstance.

Richard,
Have you seen pigeonlands auction site?
Could basics not have something similar to remove all the adverts from the forum?

I'm not tempted to setup an auction site, I think there are already enough of those around, and wouldn't bring much benefit to Pigeonbasics.

By adverts do you mean the for sale section?

No i think the for sale section is ideal for the genuine members who want to offer ant spare birds for the benefit of other members but not for the feather merchants.
