how many young birds could i get in a 12x6 loft? its open half way down front. cheers tom

JMO but i'd split section in half and then upto 24 each side (1, 1/2 ft sq per bird) that would probably be max.

as spin cycle says split loft in half,you will have better control of your  birds .Personally 20 in each side.


You always have a choice pick wisely .

My y/b loft used to be 12 x 6 and i usually had about 45 in it and it was split into 2 sections 1 8ft and the other 4ft with the smaller section used to make it easier to catch the pigeons for training
