hi
I am asking for any help or direction that anyone can offer me . we found a pigeon in our backyard ,looks to be injured .  We are keeping it away from the weather and feeding the bird .
The bird has a ring on it with this info --- aug 2004 jedds 21798-- not sure what means or if I can contact someone

please help
