Does this bird belong to anyone? It has been here at our office for a couple of weeks. We have contacted a couple of societies and its does not seem to be registered. Perhaps it is a youngster.
best thing to do is ring rpra with birds ring number to see if its registerd here if not think you will find its from antwerp area in belgium possibly lier area aswell
