My laptop is running slow, i keep get anti spy ware coming up, its a bloody pest, i have tried disc clean up etc, any help would be much appreciated before i call the doctor.

if using internet explorer or have it installed  go to tools internet security and delete all cookies , run a scan and degfragment the hard drive

           Sounds like you got a virus if you are getting pop ups for anti spy ware most of these pop ups are trojans, never be tempted to down load them,get AVG 8.0 free
then scan your hard drive should sort it out.
