Our returns from Otterburn are not so good 67/69  after 1hour from timing our first bird.Best times in Newmains so far is Jock (the Lum) Lawrie at 9.59am and another 3 at 10.00am.Well done ya jammy we Bas---d. Blaw hame right into Claire Street wae wany my vandebellies.

Further to my last thread News just in from my Press Officer the Great Man Fae Bonkle that Jock    has been beaten by the Whiteford Team fae the Hot Water Pond taking the First three Positions in Newmains Club timing at 9.57 am well done.

Me to.Sent 41 to Retford, won club doing 1050 ypm.But only 30/41 back up until now.Race was 130 miles and first bird 12:07 its now 5:45pm.Hope they all make it either tonight or tomorrow.

just checking, with the wind and all, thought that would have suited ayr feds, alas they read the forecast wrong no race, anyway good race and I heared George gave us a brake,and stop putting his limit in,  before 3min past what a relief that was, but I suppose he will  not relent next week in the open

hope you get some more birds back. perhaps it's that area of notts (or east midlands) is the problem....north road  programme meets south road programme at about this time of season. i think unc from worksop today. my own lot were from malton ( east yorks)...i didn't send mainly through work...but also the corresponding races in  previous years have been 'difficult'. best of luck
