Still have Blueyonder account with Virgin. Had a few problems recently, which the Instant Support Tool sorted, it reported IP address had dropped out and was renewed?

Yep, just trying to solve why he can't get on the site. Do you live close to Gareth?

The only reason I can come up with is that it's a Virgin Media DNS problem. But if everyone here can get on....

I had an anti virus program which would not allow me to enter Pigeonbasics had to take it off - also with Virgin no probs.

Very odd that no-one else has a problem in the area on the same ISP.

What was the anti-virus program called Fair Play? Did it give an error/reason?

has he tried using internet explorer to access site , i know on some sites arent AOL friendly and i use explorer to access
