right for
1... we have 6 pair of stock birds and we cannot breed enough to fill the 2 lofts
2.... i am looking for pigeons genuinly ( not scamming off anyone )

i think chris as got the wrong end of the stick with me,  he offered me two next year from his van reets   but as the topic was for more than 2 i had to decline his offer ( bit of a no brainer really, why would i send for 2 @ £30 for amtrak + the price of the birds when i can send amtrak in for 6 and pay a bit extra + the price of the birds.

without boreing members my offer was vanloons   you want 50 for daughter   you can breed these youerself youer a good flyer as results show   in youer partnership  on other site you want birds freee or am i wrong if someone comes on wanting 50 birds for 5 year old that has father who forgot to metion partnership its odd that is what i picked up on if youer peying my apolergise   but missleading yesssssssssssssss

fanciers on this site will give good pigeons away, a common mistake is to beleve that gift birds are rubbish[not all of the time anyway!!!!]your views should not offend anyone we are all allowed our views, but trust me on this one there are guys on here who will help out if they think/know you are "legit"

Agree 100% with chrisss gift birds will often be the best.there are a lot of good honest fanciers out there but sadly getting less all the time.far to many dealers out to make quick buck.how do we put a stop to it.

some of the best birds i ever owned where gifted to me from friends of my father  one of the reasons i got their best was because i never raced against them as i was racing in an other area
i was also taken to their lofts and offered to pick what i wanted them off  and advice on how to fly them
this was  30 years ago   plenty good birds given away free

that is sad but true, i got birds from guys on this site, no one local would give/sell or loan birds , no one owed me a thing and as far as i am concerned "killing" them next year[the club] will be fitting, i only hope i can be as generous to some one, as total strangers were to me of this site

well all as i can say i would never give a bird or donate to a sale any
bird that i would not keep myself  or i thought was no good  and neither would most fanciers  but the problem is you get the birds not the fancier  and there are plenty good guys out there  who are only too willing to help new starters  these in my opinion out weigh the bad
