Jimmy84 got me this add yesterday someone selling Indian Fantails what do you think ive phoned this morning but no reply. http://birdtrader.co.uk/birds/BT21903
shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh thats the right guy to get them from , nowt wrong with the bird been shown could be same guy that kirky got his from at blackers made us walk miles to get a hen grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
my hint would be exibition fantails there were non at blackpool last year other would be Indian fantails only 2 fanciers with them showing them
There were none at Blackpool because the Fantail club did not agree with the classification I think. If you intend to show exhibition fantails you will need to learn how to lace the tail.
It sounds like you have your heart set on fantails, but i would recomend modenas. They are easy birds to look after and I usualy found them easy to breed although some people would disagree with me. I started with them when I was 11 and over the years bred some good birds with stock I got of local breeders. I had to cut down the modenas at the beginning of this year due to work but if you are intrested in getting into them go to some of the big shows and get talking to the modena fanciers and I am told they are always keen to help a beginner.
hi tomo how are you if i was you i would get all the fancy breeds up on your com and you and your good lady sit there and have a good look at them see what care as got to be done with them then see what 1s you both like and can look after to gether that way you can both enjoy them thats how i got the wife in to racers lol
