In Egg!!! (Newbie)

Only a youngster by the look of it but its been sat on a pile of wood for probably 6 days now (see attached picture). I put water out for it yesterday but it didn't seem keen. I've seen it feeding from another pigeon a few times when I've been around. I've put some bread (soaked in milk) near it a few times but I don't think its been eating it.

Anything else I should feed it?

bird seed or rice is ok...bread aint that good for it.and also a little water.
