Can anyone tell me where I can report this pigeon as a stray, it is being cared for by a non fancier and they can't kep it much longer.  

Bit hard to go and hlep them I'm in Scotland and they are in Ireland.

Have phoned SHU and RPRA in the past with BELG no's and had no sucess. Will email them and try agian.  Thanks
