I remember as a lad in the early 70's getting up early ( no mean feat for me I can tell you ) to see the Welsh birds liberated from Penicuik public park. Two very large transporters with I'd say well over 20,000 birds, wish I'd paid more attention. It was an awsome sight to see and well worth the early rise.

my thoughts were for every Federation to be at the same racepint at the same time and to have a joint liberation,for example welsh north road ,rhondda valley ,south west glamorgan and all the west Wales feds.People are going to want to know where the Welsh birds are on a saturday,especially if we are liberating 20,000 piogeons.
